But the disciplined wise man who has control over his senses and is free from attraction and emotional distractions, gains peace and purity of the self.

परन्तु अपने अधीन किये हुए अन्त:करण वाला साधक अपने वश में की हुई राग-द्बेष से रहित इन्द्रियों द्वारा विषयों में विचरण करता हुआ अन्त:करण की प्रसन्नता को प्राप्त होता है ।। ६४ ।।
